Our amazing team at Omni-Serv provides valuable support services that allow the airports we operate in to run efficiently. But there is more to our mission than just getting the job done. Providing amazing customer service and ensuring that passengers have a pleasurable travel experience is just as important. Recently, one of our employees working in Newark Airport (EWR) received praise from a passenger who arrived at the terminal,

“Today I arrived at Newark Airport very tired from a long day’s trip from California. Due to some scheduling issues, my bag arrived before I did. However, it was not clear where exactly to go to find my bag. After searching three different areas which had very long lines, I asked for help from a couple of Omni-Serv staffers at Carousel 7 and they were WONDERFUL. Yvonne Fuller took my baggage number and within minutes brought my bag from the storage area where it had ended up. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER CHEERFUL, CAN-DO ATTITUDE!! She made the end of my trip much more satisfying.”
