We like for our operations to run smoothly and efficiently, but sometimes incidents occur and it is important that we train our staff to be ready for anything and know how to help when situations arise. Two of our leads at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) recently received thanks for their role handling a medical situation that occurred with a passenger at one of the gates in the terminal:
“I’d like to thank you for having Mr. Richard Oliver and Mr. Ramir Lundy Phillips as Omni-Serv airport security. Tonight, we had a passenger pass out by the gate area. It was fortunate having both Omni-Serv security guards there making way, giving space and calling for help immediately! They stayed close until help arrived. I couldn’t close the night without sharing the gratitude with their superiors. Great job Omni!”
