Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is in the process of opening up a new state-of-the-art Terminal A. Omni-Serv is well known as the team to turn to when there are difficult jobs or logistical challenges that need to be tackled. The process of closing out one terminal and opening up another is just such a challenge, and our management team was recently thanked for the various support initiatives we have been performing.
“I just wanted to take the time out to thank your team for a great job they have been doing supporting existing Terminal A as well as the opening of the new Terminal A. These next couple of months will be some challenging one’s so wanted to take a moment to say thank you personally. Your manager David began these efforts and continues to step up with any challenge that we present, signage, timelines, coordination, etc. Anything we need David always finds a way to support us. Just a great resource and appreciative of his work ethic. You are lucky to have him on your team. Additionally, Your director, James, has been a huge asset supporting the new Terminal A security efforts with escorts, etc. He continues to keep us informed on a daily basis and that’s a must during these times. His professionalism is second to none. Lastly, big thank your COO, Anthony. His coordination with the upcoming moves for the airlines within existing Terminal A is a huge effort but I know Anthony will succeed and assist us in any way possible. Again thanks for this continued partnership and look forward to even more successes.”
