Houston, TX (IAH) – Recently, our G1 team in Houston, TX (IAH) completed a restaurant buildout for OTG Management called Custom Burgers. This project was G1’s first restaurant project as the General Contractor. Our team was responsible for several details of this project which included painting and replacing signage. Our team also installed a new grill and a new vent hood. G1 was able to ensure the completion of the entire Custom Burgers Restaurant in approximately 18 days. OTG has been our valued customer for several years and we appreciate every opportunity we get to work with them. G1 is proud and honored to have been the GC on this project and we look forward to future projects with OTG.
